I think I'm ready to buy my own horse. I really want a jumper! Although I honestly have no experience whatsoever in training/riding/buying jumpers, I usually work with Arabians. Location is a big issue, I live in the Middle East, shipping a horse (from Europe) is very expensive, around $4,000; I can barely afford that :( Lool so my questions are: -What do you look for in a good jumper? - As a first time horse buyer, should I go for an Arabian or a Warmblood? - Are there any reputable stables in Europe that sell jumpers that I could check out? -Should I go for a younger horse or an older one? Any other advice would be very appreciated!
